Rules for Setting Up Your Games

Rules for setting up your games:
I cannot stress enough how important this section is to the overall health of the league. You MUST do these things listed.
1. You MUST try to get in touch with your opponent , in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE for that opponent, starting the day BEFORE advances to set up a day and time for you both to play.
2.You must send your opponent messages on this site, on PSN , and TEXT . If they don’t have a phone then you do the other two. You must send messages to all available options for that opponent . AT LEAST TWICE A DAY! YOU MUST DO ALL OF THEM THAT IS A POSSIBLE WAY TO REACH THEM, NOT JUST ONE OF THEM! Only doing one , will count as you doing none if it comes to it gets simmed, you will receive an infraction as well.
3.Do NOT just post in shoutbox for your opponent to text you , and then never try to get in touch again that day or any other day. It is up to each player to ACTIVELY GET IN TOUCH ! Actively is trying at least 2 times a day , in as many ways as you can try to get in touch. It only takes a couple minutes to send message on psn, text and shout out in shout box.
4.If you do not hear back from your opponent after the first day of the week (which would have been 2 days sence you started sending messages on the day BEFORE advance), then you are to notify the commish that your opponent isn’t responding. If you fail to notify commish by end of first day that you have not heard back from your opponent AND you have tried 2 times at LEAST the day before advance and 2 times the first day of the week to get in touch with opponent in EVERY WAY(that is possible for that opponent), then once the third day of week comes, or all games but yours have already been played(whichever comes first), your game WILL GET SIMMED! If you don’t notify commish in advance of second day. We need to know when someone isn’t responding in advance! Not on the last day of week. This rule is strict and will be enforced. Do NOT get slack with setting up your game times. You will find yourself getting simmed as well from now on.

5. If you cannot make a game week, please go ahead and drop yourself outta league, so we don’t have to go thru so much to get you back in, and you can just rejoin as soon as you come back, easily.

6. There is a new forum , that keeps up with the last 3 games played each week. If your game is one of last three played numerous times in a season , you may face getting permanently booted from the league. I can understand if once in a while your one of the last 3 games played , and its the 3rd day, but not alot of the time. We had to wait too many times for a full day or more on just 3 games in 12. This will come to an end here , or your team ownership will. If your one of the last 3 games to be played and your game gets played BEFORE the start of 3rd day , then it wont count against you. However , once that 3rd day starts, and its down to just 3 games left, any games like that , will be counted against you. If we see you have a habit of it , you will be warned, and then if it happens again before end of season, you will be booted! Get in touch with your opponents early , and get your games in ASAP!

Punishment for breaking the above rules:
- two simmed games , for no real apparent reason , in one season will get you permanetly booted.
- If a situation arises and you cant make your game that week, notify commish of reason, and he may allow opponent to play cpu with no rule offense put on you.(reason must be a legit reason to not be able to get in your game, this also will need to be told to commish BEFORE the second day of the week.)After that , it may count against you, unless it was a unforeseen issue.
- If your games are listed in the "last 3 games " forum numerous times in a season, you will be warned that you about to be booted for it , after the warning , if you are one of last three again , you will be booted from the league for good. * this only applys to last three games to be played that takes until the start of 3rd day or longer to be played.
